I just love this place. Great coffee. Sweet staff. Beautiful flowers and adorable gift items to choose from. The entrance alone just makes you smile. Highly recommend the chocolate croissant and a lavender latter. The best!

Nice coffee shop mixed with a flower shop. Nice mix of items from sale and good selection of iced and hot coffee drinks. Their tea and food selection seem decent as well but I did not try them.

This is a gorgeous space - simply beautifully decorated and very welcoming from the first step inside. The staff were all super friendly and the coffee was delicious. Seating is available both indoors and out and there is plenty to look at inside the store once you have finished eating/ drinking. So glad I came across this place, I’ll definitely be back! *can’t rate the food as I didn’t see any GF options but it looked good if that helps

There are certain coffee shops that most towns are never blessed to have. Cocoa, for whatever reason, has attracted one of the most beautifully floral coffee shops I have ever seen. Everything on the menu is superb, there's enough seating outside and inside, and it's really a wonderful thing to have another great coffee shop in this town. Not to mention they have a stellar TikTok that advertises their environment and menu selection.

The CUTEST coffee shop in the Cocoa Village area. I stopped in this afternoon after seeing a few videos about it on my social media feed and it more than exceeded my (already very high) expectations. I ordered a dirty chai latte made with almond milk and it was so delicious that I just had to get a second. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful as well. However, the biggest selling point was the overall vibe of the shop. Between the uniquely ornate decor and the rows of beautiful dried flowers enchanting the walls, the owners have done a spectacular job with curating the shop’s aesthetic. I am so happy that I stopped in today and will be returning soon!

Such a beautiful, dainty flavorful addition to Cocoa Village. I’m not sure how I didn’t know this charming place existed but they happen to be my new favorite coffee shop and I’m excited to bring friends when they visit. Not only is it a coffee shop but it’s also a floral and clothing shop. They have everything a girl could dream of. Beautiful clothes, accessories and yes... a floral bar. You can pick out a hand crafted bouquet or you can make your own! You can also order floral arrangements. I love the interesting drinks they come up with like the lemon meringue pie but they also have the classic coffee favorites too. There is seating inside but also a cute outside seating area as well. The staff is very friendly. It does get pretty busy, so prepare to wait in a line sometimes but I promise it’s worth it.

My favorite cottage core chic flower/coffee/boutique! It's my go to when I need Dopamine lol. I drive all the way from Grant to get my favorite coffee and flowers. The customer service is top tier, everyone loves what they do there and it really shows. If you haven't been yet, you're truly missing out!!

Patinaad and Co is like a magical little cozy spot filled with my favorite soul-filling things. It’s French, it’s textured, it vintage, it’s fresh and 100% unique. The floral bar is stocked with a dreamy and whimsical selection and their lavender honey latte is perfection!
